Anyone can friend me. I like friends. I generally friend people right back because I'm so appreciative, except sometimes when I like to make people wait because I want to feel like a diva, but I feel bad about that afterwards, really. I don't think I've made a friends-only post in ages, anyway. What you see is what you get.

Me
Sometimes I tell different things about me, like where my hometown or college is, or my first name, or some such. I'm five foot two and three-quarters; I have curly brown hair and hazel eyes. I like books and pretty dresses and all of that down in my interests.
Fanfiction
I write it. Not very often, though. I have a hard time writing Harry Potter stuff, for some reason. I like starting ambitious projects and then dumping them without telling people. Right now I'm in an ambitious project that I am really not going to dump.
I love Howl.
On Strikethrough '07
I don't support pedophilia, and I completely believe that private companies such as SixApart have the right to get rid of journals that might make them susceptible to lawsuits. I do not believe that there was anything legally wrong with what they did.
However, I think that saying that your interests show what you like is wrong, and I think that deleting people based on interests and not on content is wrong (by which I mean both deleting based on interests *and* refusing to delete based on content). I don't like that they still have not completely solidified what content they plan to allow, and I don't like LJAbuse's stance on "harassment". Just be honest with us.
Until such time as Barak Berkowitz explains the rules properly and LJAbuse abides by them, I am not paying any more money to LJ. Unless I buy something from someone and they want to be paid in LJ time (I realize that that was completely unnecessary, but there are always people who seize on any little "hypocrisy", whether true or not, and wanted to make the distinction.)
